Lent has kept me quiet lately. But not out of the kitchen, as my stretched out elastic waistbands will attest... I've been busy in the kitchen, out of the kitchen, near the kitchen. You name it. In the past few weeks some magical things have happened that I will be sure to write about soon...things like invented magic muffins for me and the Boo, the OUT OF THIS WORLD chicken fried steak my husband (a New Jersian/Virgianian...NOT a Texan!) perfected...and so much more...
